Call or Email Us
You share your needs with us, we will either advise you over the phone/email, if it’s an issue that cannot be resolved simply, we book your device in for a repair or service.

Booked in and Picked Up
Once booked in with us and time is arranged, we will come out to your residence to either carry out a lesson or take your poorly machine for a check up and repair.

How long does a repair take?
A diagnostic takes up to 72 hours to complete but is usually quicker, the repair itself is dependant of a few factors, how difficult the repair is, if parts need to be ordered in and if parts are readily available. On average you’ll be back up and running in less than a week.
How much does a repair cost?
Diagnostics are a set price for laptops and desktops which are £29.95, console diagnostics are a set price also at £25. Prices for repairs can vary depending on make, model and device.
iPad front glass repairs have a set price here.
Where can I find you?
Our repair model is to make it easy for the customer, beginning to end. We pick up your machine from your residence when it is convenient for you. Once the repair is completed, we drop it back off to you! Please see our service area here.
Can I have more than one hour for a lesson or setup
Of course! You can have as many hours you would like in one sitting. (Hourly rates apply*)
Is there any discount if I choose to book lessons in bulk?
We offer bulk discounts on lessons, you are not required to use all hours at once. It is recommended to use 1 hour at a time to fully take in what you need.
We offer a 5 for 4 discount. You get an hour for free! (Offer is only eligible as prepaid block of 5 lessons*)
